Social Media Yard Sale

The reactions I got around my Social Media Real Estate post was interesting and some of us are still talking. Well forget the integration of social media with your realty needs, let’s talk about the “Social Media Yard Sale“. We are moving, as most of you know, so in order to decrease our moving costs we are selling a bunch of stuff. In preparing for the sale I’m trying to put my money where my mouth is and see how it works with your typical yard sale junkie.

Twitter Post (and I’m sure I’ll post pics to Twitter during the event)
Our original goal was to see about 50 people, without any social media, so let’s see what happens!

Cool stuff David. It is funny, our realtor in TX was totally into this stuff, but in MA it just isn’t part of the whole process. Ultimately though it really is about the local buyer and who you are trying to attract, like any marketing!
